Need 2 photoshop designs - Based on Joomla Templates

I need two Photoshop designs for a Support Services company. These should be designs of the home page, two different designs with a different feel. The Photoshop files need to be layered so that I can save different layers as different images. This company provides social and educational services for developmentally challenged people. The designs should be bright and cheery, it should make people feel happy. The company is located in Washington, D.C. USA. So including images of that city would be good. Things like flowers, clouds, and bright colors can be included in the design, but it should not look childish. I have some stock images that you can use, if you have other images that would look good use them. I will provide some text for the different sections. I can provide a company logo. This company provides three main services, these should be main tabs along with home, and contact: Youth Mentoring Tutoring Independent Living Programs IMPORTANT: This site will be built in Joomla, so both designs need to be based off of an existing Joomla template. Choose a template, it can be a free template or can be commercial. With each design I need to know what Joomla template the design is based on. For an example see the attached images. One is the original Joomla template, and one is the template after it has been modified to better suit the client. The designs must be changed from the Joomla template, don't just paste in the images I've given you. You must ENHANCE the Joomla template to make it better.
