New Vacation Rental Website Design Needed

I am currently looking for a graphic designer to design in html the look and feel of two new vacation rental websites which really can be can the same in design, just different graphics and custom design for logos.
These two websites only need a great looking designed home page, and 4 inner page designs, the logo design for the website name and we just need the html skins with of course the designs.
We ONLY want to be responded by compnaies that have already done vacation rental website and can show us their previous work or hotel type sites. OTHERS PLEASE DO NOT REPLY.
For both these website, I have a great programmer that will be using all the same features plus some new ones that we use currently on www.WaikikiOceanfrontRentals.com. So basically we don't need programming or other features, just brilliant design work to knock the socks off our competition or the tons of other somewhat unprofessional mom and pop companies.

This website will offer vacation rentals all over Thailand and its theme will be that this site is the best website for western style condo rentals in all Thailand.
** We do need a custom design of the outline of the country of Thailand on the front page so they can click an area where they want to seek condos, of course there are drop down boxes to also do this.

This website is the same as above except for all the Hawaiian Islands. This website should have over 1000 units in a short amount of time. Again, I want a custom map of the islands designed so visitirs can click on an island or use with drop downs.
If you look at our current website [url removed, login to view], you will see its simple, easy to just put in your dates, hit search, sort by price, unit number, sleeps etc and view the unit and book instantly online. I want the flow to be this easy with both new sites, clean looking, well laid out and easy to read and book online instantly without a fuss.

Of course we have to change some things as we are now not just concentrating on a single building my a whole country or state.
For Hawaii, we have to be very careful and only use photos we own or graphics we design or buy royalties for.
The great news for you, is if we get 50+ units in just one resort or building, we will then launch a specific website for that resort or condo building to drive traffic to, as we know from experience a specfic website to a paticular property does better if you have a lot of units in that building and people tend to not shop the rates with others.

The thing I don't like about our site, is our pictures of the actual condos are too small.
Please let me know what you think and if you can do this job, what you expect the costs to be and if I need to fly there to have a face to face, I can do that anytime and klnow sometimes its hard to communicate from so far away.
Our time frame is now, we need to decide on a designer right away and get this going.
