The newsletter template must be able to easily insert banners of any size (template must be fluid and dynamic).

Cartoon character logo must be used in template.

Canned responses will be ignored.

Rough draft is due within 3 business days after project is awarded. Final work with revisions is due within 2 days after approval of rough draft.

No money will be delivered till project is completed.
