Simple Web Site Design with Logo

I am looking for a designer to make an exact duplicate (except color) of this site's look; tabs, fonts and navigation style: Please see this site -->>> [login to view URL] The site must be a TableLESS design and must be fully W3C CSS/XHTML Compliant. Please note, the Project I am posting is NOT for a blog site, the above is only the example for the design and navigation I wish to use. Navigation should include the different states for the tabs, and a bread crumb design similar to the sample website. There should be a Header and Footer which will be consistent throughout the site. You must also design a professional Logo for our company Name which will blend well with the look of the site. We prefer the site be designed with, or at least customizable by us, using Microsoft Expression Web. The design must lend itself for future development using ASP.NET. All source code, graphics (all layers), page templates and buttons, etc., and other pertinent files should be included with the final design, including but not limited to .PSD, .PNG, and HTML Files, and shall become the exclusive property of the project owner. We ask that the final design be completed within 7 days. We have many more projects coming up and are looking for a long term business relationship with the right individual.
