I have the layout I want but I need someone who can take what we've done and make it look professional. The designer also should have the ability to do some snappy icons. I don't want any design that I think I could do myself. In the past some of the samples I've seen were quite "first generation" in quality. If you aren't a top notch designer, please don't waste your time or mine.
I want something that is super simple, loads quickly and is easy to navigate. I think we have the navigation and simplicity down but we need that special look and feel.
