82317 WebSite Design Project

We are looking for design assistance with our site. We need a design for one page as well as that same designed page broken up into frames two different albeit similar ways. This design project will include the following: -fast loading graphics(!!) -CSS (with explanation on how we can make our own changes to them.) -5 simple and abstract background images for header – curvy swoosh, etc. These should be approximately 750 pixels wide by 80-110 pixels tall (will discuss better with programmer). Each of these 5 backgrounds will be semi-transparent and tinted 10 different shades. -4 or 5 simple text buttons (text is curved) to fit the curve of the background images. Background is transparent. The abstract background images will all be different, but they all will allow for these text buttons to fit at the exact location in the header and looking great there. -The main table must include a border around all sides. Would prefer the border to be a cell background image. The top and bottom corners will have rounded graphics that are transparent on the outside so that the page’s background image will show through. -1 small animated gif or flash image with swirling stars falling together as one. -Main logo will consist of two parts: 1) flag (I have detailed example that will need reworked) 2)site name will be simple text (probably verdana) that is sunken with its outside transparent . Chosen Programmer will also need to show us how to create our own sunken, transparent text logos in Paint Shop Pro for future reference. -Inner tables with curve edges that are transparent on the inside (to allow for different table colors to show through) and white on the outside – the background color for the main table. - A java menu bar goes through a couple rows across the page. I need these spiced up somehow – borders?, curves?… am not sure yet. We will need some input here. -Anything else needed for a very professional looking fun site. Although we will provide detailed examples, we also need our chosen programmer to provide suggestions on how to make the site look better.
