Wordpress Theme Customizations

Hi, I need some customizations made to the City Guide theme from WooThemes. You can see the demo here: [login to view URL] I want to replace the homepage featured map section with a nice slider, and change the blue background with building shadows to something more suited for my city. However, I want to keep the mapping technology on all category and normal pages. The slider is just for the homepage. However, the new background will be universal for the whole site. The slider should have the following capabilities: - Images, no caption, with link - Images, with caption, with link - Video, no caption, no link - Easily add, edit, or delete slides - Easily re-order slides - Bulleted Navigation in the bottom - Left/Right Arrows that show up on hover Next to the slider where you currently see a snippet from the "Hello World" post, I would like to put a widget spot there. I need to put an Aweber form code that can be changed from time to time next to the slider and I think next to it is the best place. I'd also like to make the header space about 50% of it's height, and move the RSS logo currently above the search bar to the footer. Lastly, I'll need a few colors changed for the nav menu. I will provide the theme, as well as the server to develop on if needed. The bid is to help customize the above features, but I will need a lot of other revisions made as well that you will be able to work on if this job goes well. It's a very large project, and it'll require ongoing development, but these first small changes I need done ASAP by a top notch developer. They will serve as a test task that leads to much more work.
