This project requires thorough and strong understanding of HTML5/CSS3/Javascript/JSON API development. You will need to develop and connect to our existing REST APIs based on rigorously defined specifications. You must use the most acceptable UI standards and best practices for HTML5/CSS3/Javascript with desktop browser and mobile device cross platform and cross browser compatibility, and continuous and automatic unit testing is a MUST. We are strongly going towards developing with the AngularJS framework. However, you may propose other Javascript libraries and frameworks which we may consider with your working examples and portfolio. You must also have experiences with social media integration (Facebook, Twitter and Yelp) and geolocation and their APIs We will provide you with documentations showing the design and flow of the application and details of our REST API after the initial screening process. We have full specifications, screen mockups, and a REST API for our web service. We require you to follow the software development life cycle and its with agile development and practices followed with daily call (via Skype) and require transparency into the work done. Updates should be uploaded into an agreed source code repository (Bitbucket, GitHub, Team Foundation, etc). We expect to have high quality, efficient, documented, maintainable code to be delivered, with the expectation that it will be delivered within 3 weeks. Please provide your web application portfolio showing your experience and strengths with HTML5/CSS3, social media integration, and geolocation. Please let us know your availability and commitment for this project. You MUST: --Have good understanding of spoken and written English. --Have strong working experience with HTML5/CSS3/Javascript/JSON/APIs. --Have strong working experience of the AngularJS framework --Be experienced in applying agile development practices. --Meet Skype at a scheduled time from 15 min or more everyday to review project status --Be prompt and commit daily updates to the source code repository. All responders must be prepared to execute a NDA. You will not advertise it anywhere. Please provide verifiable references to past work of a similar nature. Hello, Sir, Angular seems like a good choice for your project, but my understanding is that it's difficult to grasp quickly and has a lack of documentation. For a 3 weeks project it's not ok to start digging into code. From this point of view, Ember.js is more approachable if you want something of the same style (code organization). I am skilled with Backbone and I can tell you it's a good option too, but prone to "spaghetti code" if you are not careful. I am a Chilean software developer with 14 years of experience developing web applications. The past 5 years I have been refining an agile process which uses Scrum and XP to get work done. This process has been successfully implemented locally and is currently being implemented in a world-class software project that involve one of the most prestigious universities of the US and one of the largest non profit organizations in the world. I cannot divulge more information about it because my NDA impedes me from mentioning said partners by name when advertising directly to other potential clients. I work with a partner that handles coding and has more than 20 years of experience, including five years dedicated to web development. All the coding he does is following my strict design guidelines and reviewed by me on a daily basis. We use Target Process to manage the product backlog and sprints, and provide an account to our active clients so they can monitor our progress in real time. The price is set assuming that the scope of work is 15 days. If the scope exceeds this period (as determined by the initial estimated product backlog), the price would have to be renegotiated or the scope adjusted. Usually in that case we strive to deliver a minimum viable product within the agreed upon time frame and then develop the rest of the backlog in a separate contract, but can also renegotiate until we reach an agreement.
