Looking to Hire a Vice President for my Online Small Business -- 2

My name is Kathryn Schultz, and I'm a new entrepreneur. My company is Samson Solutions, and I'm seeking a Vice President for my company. COMPANY OVERVIEW I have almost twenty websites in various categories all under the Samson Brand. A little more than half my sites are live and the rest are being actively developed. I'm in the startup/development stage right now, which also means I'm testing what works and what doesn't. I'm restructuring to sell bad sites and invest more time in the winners. I'm actively seeking funding from investors to hire out work to experts in the website development/design/building, SMM, SMO, SEO, marketing, branding, legal, and advertising fields. I'm working on a rewards program for the entire company to drive traffic between sites. I also hired a business cooperation expert to implement a plan to unify the components of my company more successfully. My company consists of service sales, affiliate sales, dropshipping with great margins, blogs, reselling, AdSense, Click Bank, and Amazon Affiliates, and a few more affiliate companies for profit. I hired an iOS/Android developer for a spectacular app to be integrated with social media and my dating site (which is going to be overhauled.) I also have a simple android app contract. Part of my restructuring includes building more apps, especially ones that integrate with my websites. There's immense profit potential in my company. OPPORTUNITY I need a right hand man/woman. I work all day and pull all nighters working at least three nights a week. Having a VP to cover a share of the burden is critical. (I'm NOT expecting that level of time investment. A 40-50 hour full time job is the expectation) I've had to pay freelancers to do the most basic of website development as I'm not computer savvy. An applicant who knows about web development would rank high, so the company would save a ton of money not having to pay for simple tweaks. The ability to develop websites from scratch is not a requirement. SEO, SMO, SMM, and internet advertising skills are also a huge plus. I hired a SEO, SMM expert as an ongoing employee to market my sites, however I worry one person isn't enough for all this digital property, and other advertising and marketing would really boost traffic and sales. Applicants with startup experience/knowledge are looked upon very highly. This is all very new to me and guidance would be so so helpful! I'm American but a VP from any country is 100% fine as long as he/she is the most qualified and speaks English fluently. The VP will be given a stake of ownership in Samson Solutions. SUMMARY OF DUTIES Vice President of Samson Solutions The VP will work 40 hours a week The VP and myself will be in communication at least 2-3 times per day One of the talks will be a half hour meeting/progress report/development plan The VP will serve as a right/hand man providing advice/services The VP will help manage the company's projects, hired workers, growth, and success Payment The VP will receive a 35% share of ownership of Samson Solutions Because of this, the VP must invest $1,000 into Samson Solutions, proportional to my investments The investment can be negotiated based on skill/financial situations, but I'm fairly firm on the number This is an extremely lucrative opportunity.
