Joomla Edits to template (fast)

I need 5 edits to a template. I have this template loaded and customized [login to view URL] (neo template). The customization is only partially complete, you can see it so far at the screenshot image attached called "[login to view URL]". Please see the screenshot image layout called "[login to view URL]" so that you can see what is wanted. The 5 things that need to be done are: 1. A "quick links" drop down menu on top right of header needs to be put in place with 2 or 3 sample links going to a sample page, see "[login to view URL]" attached 2. The rotation banner needs to be fixed or replaced to look just like the [login to view URL] shows (see attached). It should be directly under the menu and go straight across. the height should be around 150 or 160 pixels. 3. 4 grey boxes (like on template link above) need to be placed under the rotating banner, the grey turned to a green to match logo color #2F7528 and the four boxes should have new icons and text titles of "FAQs" "Map" "Calendar" "News" the icons should match the topics. Please let me know if you need me to supply graphic icons for this. 4. Can you make the menu say Home, About, Services, Support, Quote, Contact, and under the 'about' have a 3 tier drop down, just like on the "[login to view URL]" file shows attached. You can link them all to a sample article page. 5. Can the template be a little wider, i think it's 830 wide now, would be nice if it was at least 900 or 940 pixels wide. I need someone that knows what they are doing, are confident they can do this, and can start working on it right now without delay.
