logo, website and marketing support help

I have a new concept/website that is an international import company. We are looking for a website along with a logo. I have been working on the logo and am becoming frustrated at my lack of 100% skills on Photoshop/Dreamweaver. I have decided to hire a freelancer again to get it going. The logo will be used on the internet, business cards, papers, and shirts etc. The website is to be clean, simple, no flash, maybe 4 pages total. We are only going to use this website to demonstrate our products that we have and to show some depth to who we are.
