I started designing a simple 8 page website off a PSD template and I need someone to finish it for me, so it will be ready to go online. I will send you the folder with the PSD files and images and I need you to finish up the design work and get it ready to go online, complete with all HTML files and FTP them onto my server. My budget is $30. Don't bid if you can't work for that amount.
