New Ning.com Re-Designed Landing Page

I need a Template coverted to the [login to view URL] platform or a [login to view URL] Re-designed Landing Page. I need this 1st page not to look like typical ning default page. I want it to look more like this: [login to view URL] Similar, but NOT Just like it! I need a page that speacks to Entertainment of all kinds (Talent) Artists like: Film, Music. Authors, Actors, Actresses, Hair Stylists, Comedians, Dancers (All Kinds), Fashion Design, Models, and Photographers. These are just a few of the types of artist that will be featured on the site. This is a pay site that I will implement that through ning.com. I just need a template that has scrolling a photo box, scrolling Banners (For Ad Space I Sell), Ad Space Boxes (For Ad's I Sell), Members at ottom of page in 3 or 4 rows from left to right, my logo at top of page, and in "Sign-Up Sign-In Box" All with Uniform Color scheme! I would also like boxes with shadows underneath, and transparent backgrounds behind All text & Text Boxes and Photos. Please give me a FAIR Price!
