Build a t-shirt and accessories online store website

I started constructing the website, the home page is not finished. I will include it to give you a better idea as to what i want. Vision for the website: *clean, lines, that are inviting *colors that go with color scheme of my choice: red, grey, black, and white, all colors will be shown in the draft i have made *website must be extremely simple to use for a beginner to an expert computer user *widgets should include: subscribe for newsletter, sign up for an online account with a remember log in info check box, easy check in and out of cart, sale pop-up banners, among other popular widgets Social Network- *Twitter, facebook, youtube and instagram will also be used and so i would need for the person to just put them in place, and allow me after receiving the files to put in that account information, the icons should be present in the same location on all webpages Checkout Page- *Also i would like to have a paypal button *Usual method of card payments eg: master card, visa, american express, etc. Here's a more specific list of what I'm looking for: Home Page *The slideshow will work and will easily move, it will have all items listed in the store *underneath the slideshow you will see each individual item for eg. [login to view URL];category=Plus_Sizes-Restocked *each item will have: a name at the top a price quantity the company name right underneath it *when clicked on the item will go to its own page and this is an example of what it would look like [login to view URL];Category=Plus_Sizes-Restocked&ProductID=2000049343&VariantID=036 Contact Page *I need organized dialogue boxes that request this information: first and last name telephone number e-mail order inquiry subject (a drop box with options such as -shipment, returns, etc) description send button For our Affiliates page *I will have a list of our affiliates *The affiliates names will also be a link to their external website and will have an icon or picture depicting the work they do or their logo below their name will be a brief description of them For our About us page *The font should not be in any way difficult to read *The heading should be bold, a bit larger than the body and it can be in a slightly different color *For each webpage displaying store items, I would like to have the results filtered by: lowest to highest highest to lowest most popular recently added For top sellers and what's new: *I would like to have the webpages include a brief description, then list the items For all web pages: * Color scheme must match and blend throughout website *The font should not be in any way difficult to read the heading should be bold, a bit larger than the body and it can be in a slightly different color *All headings must be uniform on general information pages eg. about us, contact, faq, etc. *For the home page the layout of the fonts can vary *The logo/banner should be present on all pages *Limited Flash ( i want the website to respond fast) *All pages must work with these browsers ( Safari, Google chrome, maxthon, firefox etc.) I also need a mobile compatible version for both the (android and iphone) General Information: *T-shirts are multi-cultural *Appealing to all , more specific 15-40 year old *I will be personally responsible for updating the website- i do know about html and dreamweaver, but i am not an expert, and so i do need the coding to be very organized and labeled if possible, or a brief written copy explaining what each code depicts On Draft: *You will see two banners to the right : i need them to be removed and for them to become pop-ups. *I dont wan't them to blink or be annoying, i need them to appear and stay in that exact location for about 5 minutes and then disappear and then come back again *All and all i need it to just serve as a reminder to the customer that there is a sale or promotion.
