Integrate CCBill Payment processor and Webhooks into my site

Hi.
YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE INSTALLING CCBILLS PAYMENT SYSTEM AND WEBHOOKS INTO A SITE.
On my site, my payment provider is CCBill, and they have their webhooks system.

I have implemented the code for the user to make a payment.
But you need to complete the job so that once a user pays, and becomes premium:
1) The user profile then becomes a Premium member according to the length of time paid for. we use s2members wordpress plugin for user access.
2) Implement the webhooks ccbill system link above, to ensure I can completely manage and access all info I may require regarding my premium users using the webhooks system.
3) Ensure ccbill is confidgred most optimally so that users whose subscriptions are ending soon will receive reminders to renew. IF it was a one off payment.
