Small website build HTML5 - e-commerce - blog - updates

I had an e-commerce website online for 6 years. I now want to rebuild the site without all the flash elements and make it Readible by iPhones and iPads as well so html5? But just bare bones for now. I want to use iPage as the host. Since there were also problems with the original host, we pretty much need to build it from scratch. However the site is designed and all graphics are built and ready. I already have a photoshop document for the page layouts. And can send the jpegs for each product. These layouts are not something that has to be exact, just close. I want to create - a home page, - a products page. A page listing out each product in each row, with a way for me to add new products if necessary. Currently we only have 6 products. - product detail pages with video demos (buy it button) - blog system. A way to make new entries and archive old ones? Something automatic I assume? - shopping cart type page. To calculate costs and shipping. Credit card and possibly Paypal? The credit card feature only need to send us all the info in an e-mail and we can verify the card in house. Unless you know of an easy way to help me with this feature. - about us and/or contact page - admin updates. I'd like a way I can add products or change out graphic elements or video elements, update home page news etc. I want to get my site back online, it's been offline for 4 months.
