Define and keep clients on the basis of four levels/categories Also there must be four levels on the basis of client’s prospect to keep clients that can be change later Import clients details from excel or other if possible For Viewing A Quick name search option to search immediately Alphabets to see all Client’s starting with (#,A,B,C,…..X,Y,Z) Also advanced search option to search or find clients by selecting multiple options. Importing search results to pdf, excel and also option for sent the results via email. There must be option of making invoice, print invoice, email invoice and also keeping record for orders Past /future Tasks also available to view with date and other information’s and for selected tasks or dates or others by choosing from advanced options There must be a clear identification of successfully completed or not completed tasks. With a day, week, and a month calendar to view or add tasks for any particular clients or group of clients.
