Design a website navigation bar theme for [url removed, login to view] for Bootstrap 3. The nav bar should look consistent with all the pages. Two most typical pages:

Must be rendered correctly on all devices (as Bootstrap nav bar does): desktop, table, smartphone.
Must not break any features of Bootstrap navigation bar (e. g. responsiveness, dropdowns etc.)
The end result should be delivered as:
- CSS and images needed to render the header with Bootstrap 3
- a sample static project that renders this bar with the content from [url removed, login to view])
I will supply the website icon in vector format. You may decide to use or not by yourself.
