Add transparent background to image & modify A.I file.

I have some basic photoshop work I need done.
find below the instructions as well as the attachments you must work with:
1) I will attach a zip file including a few images:
There are 7 images that we need to remove the current background, and add a trasnparent background. They can be found in the attched zip titled " Images_that_need_transparent_background"
There is another A.I file where we need to make some minor modifications to.
2)) You will find attached a jpg image titled "Main slider Adjustment".
Please follow the instructions there. This image will be used as a main hero image for the main slider on my website.
If possible, I would like to have the doc convertd into a PSD file with ll the proper layers so i can make modifications to the slide myself as well.
3) I have an image attached titled " White-fade-effect". I want you to apply the EXACT same fade effect onto the image I have provided titled "Add fading to this image"
