Design one page for an existing DotNetNuke website, scope includes:

1. Current page has an existing mp4 video background that is about 500px in height in desktop mode. The video needs to be re-sized (resolution) so that it fits 3/4 of screen on different devices (i.e. 1600x900, 1440x900, 1920x1080, 1366x768, 1280x1024, iphone/ipad/android devices)

2. Overlay a Title and a couple of HTML boxes (centered) on top of the video

3. Add HTML elements below the video

Seller has to have working knowledge of DNN 7, be able to resize the video and design the web page.
