We are looking for DESIGN ideas and mockups to discuss DESIGN for UI and UE concerns.
Need simple form and underlying code to allow user input, store to local mysql db then connect to 3rd party api to submit form data to 3rd party website. Streamlining the sales process with simplicity over complex design patterns (at least visible to user - less clutter) for easy to use UI to login, and manage work orders.
Site will allow user to login, Manage profile (add credentials for services integrated) and basic contact details - main application SPA page should be efficient, adapt to multiple device screen sizes with best practices for design elements and layout or templating.
Prefer minimal to no scrolling
minimal to no drop downs
attention to details on buttons and icon placement to ensure easy to find and easy to click/manipulate (no clickable items too close that someone with big fingers would misclick on or need magnifier glass to see (or have to zoom browser view to make use of).
Simple of cluttered.
Fast over fancy backgrounds and graphics that that forever to load.
Wanting mockups based on 3rd party API elements developer team will implement to ADD, EDIT and DELETE work orders to our local DB and third party website services we connect to and send these ADD EDIT and DELETE requests to.
Posting jobs to job boards and forums via 3rd party api in most cases.
Frontend design should be very user-focused based on minimizing repetitive tasks for sales persons and making it very easy to duplicate existing (copy) and save locally or publish work orders to third party and local serivces.
Will require Single Page Application or minimal page refresh... so working with minimalist design elements but special attention to design divs and float patterns to ensure user experience is good on multiple size monitors and devices.
Sales person has to go to multiple websites and add nearly identical data manually to each service to publish. We want to minimize sales person work. Application should be designed to allow relevant data field inputs based on API documentation for each site, provide visual feedback to user when they add, edit or delete and submit to each service (monitor response codes and provide visual confirmation for each service that the action was completed successfully or not and any errors displayed with tool tips or otherwise).
