I am looking for an individual who has extensive experience building websites using WordPress. I have a premium account and need someone to design and build the website to my requirements in order to create a platform for me to post regular medical blogs and grow a following. The chosen bidder will receive a detailed brief that outlines my plans for the website and the colour scheme I want it to follow etc. Due to the nature of the website, a designer who is accustomed to creating specifically blog websites would be preferred since I want specific blog website elements. Preferably the candidate will be Native English for communication reasons. Max budget is $30.
