BASE HOURLY RATE PLUS $1,000 PLACEMENT FEE PER HIRE:
I have a very unique "contract recruiting services" model that has been successful with companies of all sizes, including clients on Upwork.
I need someone who:
1. Has recent experience AND a LARGE LINKEDIN 1ST DEGREE CONNECTIONS NETWORK PLUS their own LinkedIn Recruiter seat (enterprise level not required)
2. Your 1st degree network MUST include at about 2,000 or more 1st degree connections in the Hospital/Healthcare industry OR LinkedIn Enterprise level access.
Your job will be to:
-load Boolean search criterion into your LinekedIn Recruiter seat and,
-run search queries using a software tool we will provide
-review the data extraction, removing any "clearly not qualified" prospects
-download data into csv file and email to me. Then,
-proceed through an automated and customized LinekedIn "teaser invitation" process
NOTE: During this time, you will not be able to use your LinkedIn Recruiter seat but WILL NOT be considered billable hours time.
Next and intermittently, you will update rejections and reply to initially interested prospects, through your LinkedIn account. Yes, we will be building your healthcare industry connections by about 30-50 NEW CONNECTIONS PER DAY that you may use for other/future recruiting efforts! AND, we will teach you how to use our tool, which you may use for your own work while not working on this assignment, for as long as you are on contract with us.
Finally, for those prospects that reply to your post-LinkedIn teaser follow-up position detail (which we will provide), you will proceed to phone screen and present these candidates.
This role will be paid for 20 hours per week PLUS $1,000 per hire, for positions you work on exclusively. You will NOT be competing with other recruiters on these roles, in most cases.
Preference will be given to the "best qualified" freelancer with the lowest hourly bid.
Current position focus will be Nurse Practitioners but could vary, based on client activity.
