HITCH Web Designer/ Developer

Hello, I am Brad from HITCH. HITCH Intelligently delivers affordable and relevant educational videos to schools in emerging markets. HITCH creates video hotspots that store educational videos offline, for students to watch. Students connect to the HITCH hotspot and can browse, stream and download thousands of videos, over WiFi. We are looking for someone to help with the web design and development for the web app video browser. It is a similar interface to youtube and Netflix. At the moment we just have Sketch mockups (primarily for user testing). The desktop version of the web app design is roughly 90% complete, so there will not be much design work required there. Although, we have not started the designs for the mobile version of the app so we would need you to use your best judgement and convert the desktop design into a mobile friendly one. We are looking for someone to finish all the designs in Sketch for the web app for both mobile and desktop (Sketch is currently what we use for our user testing with Invision, so we require you to use this application). We are relatively happy with our designs so far and would like you to primarily stick with them, although if there are any significant design flaws that you notice while going through them, we would be happy to hear your input and recommendations for any changes. We can send you our Sketch designs so you can continue working from those files. Once the designs are complete, we would then need you to convert the designs into HTML and CSS3. The design should be responsive so that it works on both desktops and mobile devices. We currently have a web developer that will take your files and continue with them from there.
