Low end simple web page

I need you to create a simple, clean solution. I have 31 premium domain names that I’m selling. I would like you to create a single page where all domains will point to. I would like minimal SEO that will just list the domain names so the sale page will pop up in a specific url search. The page will list all domains and have simple text to describe how to submit offers and complete the transaction. The offer form will be reCaptcha and list the domain(s) they want, how much the offer is and their method of completing the purchase with Escrow.com (wire, Credit Card, Paypal), their contact info and a small comment section. There will be two links, one to the offer submission form and the other to Escrow.com. I would prefer a simple text page geared towards mobile devises. The page needs to have a way to share to social, text, etc. There needs to be a simple back end admin function that will allow me to update the urls that are remaining for sale. All of the domains will need to be listed as Available, Hot Action, Escrow or Sold via the admin. The solution will include you loading and getting operational into my HostGator hosting account. I would prefer a white or cream background with black text. Very simple with an offer form. should be a simple inexpensive page.
