HI,
I'm looking for someone who can create a complex site using generatepress. Please note that I can achieve 99/100 page speed score and below 500ms page load speed with the theme as it is. So I want to keep that up, I don't want any page builders or javascript that will affect this and slow down things.
You can use generate press elements, blocks, etc to come up with what I'm looking for.
Please take this site as an example of what I want

single pages include of buyer's guide, how-to guide etc...
As you can see from above, I fancy the design of [login to view URL] basically that's what I'm looking for but not a copy of it.
You might need to come up with a mockup first.
(note: please only bid after reading my project brief and include the word ireadyourbrief and make sure you can do this else I'm not going to respond you)

Home Page: Magazine-style page where a lot of contents can be shown and for every category, please take MakeUseOf, lifewire for example
Single Page:
