I need a Wix pro to add a member search directory to a new website

We operate a tradesman search directory at our current website allowing consumers to access our website and search for a tradesman in their local area to come and provide them services at home. We are building a new website using WIX and we want a code developer to add the directory search function (linking to our database of members) for consumers to look up tradesman, using their address location and selecting the specific tradesman skill they require. This will return a page showing a list of tradesman in their area with abbreviated descriptions. When the consumer clicks on their selected tradesman, it will go to the tradesman's dedicated page with full details of the services they provide. We also want to include a rating system so consumers can leave reviews and rate the tradesman. We are looking for a coder to develop and support this part of the new website.
