PSD to CSS/HTML MegaMenus Added to Existing Website Theme

I have a Photoshop layered PSD file with MegaMenus designed that need to be added to an existing website design. There are 4 megamenus to be added.

I will provide the complete website design as well as the Photoshop PSD of the menus to the winning bidder after acceptance.
1. All text in the menus should be text and not an image in the CSS/HTML.
2. I will provide the web fonts for the fonts used in the PSD
3. The megamenus should only be seen when viewing from a desktop or tablet (landscape); viewing from a phone or tablet (portrait) should use the menus from the website design.
