A medium co-operative media organisation is searching for a web developer capable of coding a HTML5/CSS3 Theme for Newscoop CMS. A project similar to one of the free themes provided by the developer of this CMS ([login to view URL]) and based on our own graphical designs. Newscoop CMS uses Smarty ([login to view URL]) and its internal $gimme function as a template language. We need a responsive theme with "mobile first" philosophy in mind, therefore we assume that theme should use Bootstrap 3 or 4. (About $gimme: [login to view URL]).
