Unity Audio Visualisers WebGL

I need 5 Visualizers and an audio player that allows users to select between the audio visualisers.
Must be compatible on browsers and done in real time - hence the need for WebGL.
I have a strict budget of £100 for the audio player & £150 for 5 Visualizers.
So £250 in total.
Budget is not too flexible.
This is done in Unity 3D real time (GPU) with an audio player:

However the design I'm looking for are something more like these:
1st Visualizer I would like similar to this (fire and sparkles theme):

All Visualizers must have this Vibrating effect on the center piece like so & background effects like so:

Use of Graphics Card Acceleration is permitted.
Can anyone do these within my budget and with fantastic quality like the videos above?
