Website Developer and Store Builder

We are looking for a Website Developer to assist with the migration of our website from Netsuite to Shopify. You will work alongside our project manager and team members to facilitate the transition from start to finish. Our ideal candidate has experience with: Shopify store set up, creating product listing pages for a large catalog of items, and enjoys presenting complete, polished projects on deadline. Candidates with experience in web/UX for ecommerce and graphic design are preferred. Website Developer Duties and Responsibilities • Creation and implementation of Shopify account and store • Develop styling using theme that conveys the brand, but also facilitates good user flow • Implement vendor and app integrations for accurate data flow • Perform SEO tasks including meta data and on page content • Audit and update product listing pages to ensure accuracy and optimization • Coordination of image optimization and appropriate filing • Test and troubleshoot pages and forms • Manage project timelines, work efficiently and effectively, multi-task, and ensure deadlines are met • Work across teams, age groups, ethnicity, and culture in the ever-evolving media landscape • Always be prepared to problem-solve and power through challenges calmly with team members Website Developer Requirements and Qualifications • Proven experience with Shopify • Experience with Adobe creative suite • Associate or Bachelors degree in a relevant field is a plus • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in UX, SEO and/or ecommerce • Experience with Netsuite is a plus • Someone who is meticulous - has an eye for details yet always looking at the big picture • Must be a resourceful team player.
