i read the project description and based on that good to make portal from scratch but but i need more technical details in terms of UI (user interface) Or rough mockups/sketches , flowchart (how end user will interact with the site?), list of pages/module and there internal relation (business logic)...So based on that i can design working prototype and database architecture also do full analysis and provide you the proper estimation with cost and time. i have skills for this kind of project as done many project like this but once i have proper scope detail i will share relevant demos/experience as well..

It will have different user roles like member users, master admin, coach admin and team admin. Users will login after creating account and making payment.
