Wordpress website update. Change content, add blog, add card

We own a small business located in McDonough GA Unite States. We are looking to refresh our website and add some new content. We also need to add new functions like a blog and shopping cart. Finally we need somone to provide ongoing SEO services for a monthly fee. Please provide us a quote for all the website services. We already know what we want to pay for SEO. Just need to reaggrange the layout. No major design changes. Repair Wordpress Theme/Template Fix wordpress template so all pages can be updated in admin area. Currently pages or disorganized and we don’t know how to edit some content. Template may be broken Home Page On the home page there is a banner that scrolls pictures automatically. Need to add these services to the scrolling banner. With new images Surveillance Cameras, Low Voltage, Automation Remove Banner There is a banner on all pages that says “LG, Sony, Samsung, etc.). Remove that banner form all pages. Add New Sections There are three sections under the banner that say “TV Installation, Home Theater Setup and Home Security. Create three more sections under those that say Surveillance Cameras, Low Voltage, Automation. These new pages will link to pages we create Create New Security Camera Page We will provide new content. We need to just build a new page Shopping Cart Need to setup simple online shopping cart. Currently we only have one product. We would like the option to add other products in the future. We will do a lot of videos so we need away to easily integrate our youtube videos. Blog should have share links for users to easily share post to Facebook , Twitter, Google, Pin interest, Etc Monthly SEO ( Separate quote. Not part of the above services. We need someone we can pay $500 per month to deliver leads from out local market for keywords we will provide. This is a ongoing position for a SEO expert.
