I would like to hire a Website Designer

I need a new website. I need you to design and build it. it is for a company based in London, doing maintenance and construction work. we want I to be simple but look expensive. first page when you open the website to be the Logo of the company on a black background, after a click anywhere on the page to come up in an animation a selection of options: home; about us; sectors; gallery; contact us (for example. this has to be on a black background as well. when clicking on one of the compartments for example in Home: to have a small introduction of the company with some pictures in the background and an option to click on that says "get your instant quote". In "about us", a small interview and video with the director explaining the values of the company, presenting the team, and the concept also to have a division with client's feedback(available only for the admin to edit and add). in sectors to have the sectors we work with: government, health sector, education, private houses, business and industrial sectors. when clicking on one of the sectors I would like to have some information about the work we do for them ( ex.: health - information about what kind of work we do for hospitals). in gallery to have divisions like: carpentry (when opening to take the client to a photo gallery with our work before and after) brickwork (same, gallery with pictures) electricity works, building maintenance. All to have pictures. and contact, very simple black background with all contact information: e-mail, numbers, and to have a section for "ask for a quote" and clients to be able to upload pictures and documents.
