I need an EXPERT who knows how to read details from windows server 2003 .dmp files and help me fix a stop error. my server keeps rebooting every day, sometimes twice a day.
I'm not looking for someone to simply use the standard debugging tools. I've already done this. There is information in the 5 debug files that I have, which is difficult to interpret.
Either Acronis Server backup or Windows Backup are usually running when the crash occurs, however they use Volume Shadow Copy, so I don't understand why this could be a problem. I'm 90% sure it has something to do with the SQL Server and Volume Shadow Copy.
However the debug files say "device or driver error".
