windows messages via DLL redirection

I need a simple vb application, with sources, which offers the ability to specify a running exe as target, with mouse pointing, and to intercept (and filter by content or type) all windows messages with detailed content and structures of the targeted exe. I need also sources to extend functionalities in filtering function.
