There is some problem with my dell laptop inspiron 11 3147. Windows is not starting, even if it starts i am unable to open any drive or folders. It is responding the same safe mode also. I need some from new york (manhattan or near by) to come and fix the problem. The prime importance is data backup and then windows recovery.
