When a user order a product, I need the administrator to approve the order before the user can pay. A message should be presented to the user, that the order is waiting for the administrator approval. When the adminitrator approves, the user should receive a message saying that is waiting for their payment. I found a addon that does that, but its not working in current version of Woocomerce.
