Simple Wordpress Theme Modifications - Plugins, Autoresponder, Responsive Design Expert

I have a simple project for my wordpress website that currently is using the Catalyst Theme. I want to make the theme responsive for mobile, smartphone, tablet and desktop screens. I also want to make the top nav menu Sticky using a plugin like this - [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view]

I am searching for someone that is an expert in Wordpress and knows advanced CSS and understands how to install different plugins and copy certain fonts or colors I like from other websites. I also would like to install a pricing package, I have this plugin already but just need help installing it and modifying it. - [url removed, login to view]

I also need help setting up the autoresponder/newsletter with [url removed, login to view] and also some other small improvements on the sidebar and the blog single post page. If you know how to add a pop-up opt-in form or newsletter let me know about this. If you also know how to increase the loading speed of the website using caching or have any knowledge about other good wordpress plugins I would appreciate that.

For a knowledgeable coder this work shouldn't take too long as you are working on a live wordpress site.
