All that I need is a script that adds a link to the Settings menu in the dashboard. When clicked, that link will open a page that will execute another script named [url removed, login to view], which will be located in the theme files. All that [url removed, login to view] does is let the user fill out two text fields and send the data to a database. That's all. You can't see my script, site, server, etc. Your solution needs to work with any script. So, you can use one of your own existing scripts to test your solution.

I don't even really need this, so don't overbid- I won't select it. In 20 minutes, I'll select someone who places a bid within the posted budget. If you can't do this within an hour, I can't select you, so please don't bid. Lower bids have priority.
