Looking for Wordpress expert to fix some issues in my blog

Hi,
I am looking for a Wordpress expert to fix following issues in my blog:

1. The current title tag of every blog is coming as "Digital Marketing Companies in India - [url removed, login to view]" . I want the title tag to be the headline of every blog. That is it should be something which I mention in title tag field of "Wordpress SEO by Yoast".
2. I want an Author Bio section as given on Forbes like this: [url removed, login to view]
If it is too difficult to make then I will suggest another link. But the fact is I need Author's bio profile on the blog.
3. I want to implement Diqus comment system to be implemented for comments.
4. I want a Newsletter Subscription system which can capture email of subscribe. Any WOrdprss plugin will do.
5. Fixing the Featured image isue. We are not able to put infographics correctly into the blog. Please fix this.
I am looking for wordpress experts only. I will pay $30 for this work . Needs to be done in 3 days max. Also please note that I myself is a Web designer so I will help you with design requirements if needed.
