Pashut Laledet Website- [login to view URL] What the site currently offers: Information about childbirth using the HypnoBirthing method. Registration for Childbirth education courses using the HypnoBirthing method. An online after birth course A link to professional courses to become an educator A link to workshops for midwives and doulas Birth related products for sale through cash cow Doula services- their contact info The site is affiliated with 100 teachers who can promote/advertise their courses (currently around 30 active ones). Each one who uses the site to advertise, pays 20% for each new signup for her course. The site was built in 2016, using WordPress and we would like to redesign it and also improve some of the issues we have with the site right now. Most of the site is in Hebrew. What do we need to solve or improve: Issue#1- when a user wants to register, she picks the course but then she is redirected to the cashcow platform to make the payment. Here you can see the process: [login to view URL] We want to solve this issue generally so that all orders and purchases are made directly on the site and not on the separate cashcow platform. For now the only course that is connected with Cashcow is the Childbirth education course, in the future we will offer a variety of different courses that all need to be through the website’s store so that we can color the different users. Solution we want- we would like to process the payment directly on the site, and show how many users register to each course ATM. Also, we would like to connect the site to GTM to mark it as a conversion that will be displayed on google analytics. With the review and reference from what traffic source it came from (organic, media buying). We would like to hear about existing tools that can solve the issue. Issue#2- When a childbirth educator wants to add her courses to the site, we currently need to do it manually, including all of the updates throughout the month. It takes a lot of time as there are around 30 childbirth educators who want to promote their courses monthly and we need to do it manually for each one. Solution we want- we would like to have a members place for the childbirth educators, where they can register and update their own courses. It should be an easy process that they can do from their phone, computer or any device. It is important to make it easy as they are not “tech friendly”. Issue#3- The site is too slow. As mentioned previously, it was built in 2016, and at that time we didn't use videos. Now when we use videos, it makes the site very slow. We will need to improve that aspect to make sure the site runs fast even with even more added video content. The solution we want- The site must be faster. We are open to hearing about any good solutions that you can offer. Issue#4- From a design perspective the mobile site is not good. It is important to improve the design and make it responsive as most of the traffic comes from mobile. Additional things to add to the site- 1. The site is currently in Hebrew, we would like to translate it to English, Arabic, Russian, and French in the future. In each language the design needs to be the same. The current English version has a different design which we don’t want. 2. Connect the site to Whatsapp 3. Keep the estimated due date tool, in all languages 4. Add an option for users to add comments about the course and how their birth was. We will make a section for it. We want them to add images and videos that can be displayed. Each comment needs to be approved by us and also we’d like the option of responding. 5. We want to make sure it is easy to add new content to the site, we will have a few different templates for different types of articles: such as birth stories, recipes, more academic articles, etc. 6. The site needs to be fully integrated with GTM google analytics and google ads. We would like to see click events, purchase events, add to cart events and of course impressions. At the GTM i will add pixels from more ad networks to be able to create remarketing campaigns. 7. We would like to sell birth related products through our ecom store directly on the site 8. We would like to add a page that offers training for professionals with a calendar that shows all of the different events and courses coming up for birth professionals. One more important note- we don't want to use WordPress, and when we move the site to a new platform the developer need to know how to do it smoothly and keep our rank on google as now our organic rank is good.
