Teach me how people make over $50,000 per month with ADSENSE

I have one Adsense account and I want to earn over $10000+ per month from it. I know this is a lot of work! I have everything in place, my own servers and web design skills etc. I already have 7 sites ready to go. How do people do it? - [login to view URL] I don't mind making and setting up as many sites as it will take (even if it's over 100+). I will do all the work myself. I will design the websites, add genuine content, set up Adsense channels, setting up and making the sites using Wordpress or whatever it takes. I know it will take some time! I have read in some Adsense books it can be done, I want to know how people do it? How do some people earn over $50,000+ a month from it? All I need is someone who knows how to make this happen and give me advice and lessons over Skype! I need someone who has a high feedback rating for trust. I have been told it can be done via a method of ways, like portal sites etc! All I need is somebody who knows about these big Adsense operations that earn people over $10000+ a month without getting removed from Adsense. I want it to be genuine and will put the work in myself. I just need to be told how it can be done and how to get traffic to my sites. I want to be recognised by Adsense a genuine contributor. I will add all content myself but as above need to be shown methods of how to make over $10000+ per month. THIS IS A BIG OPERATION I KNOW AND I WILL DO ALL THE WORK. ONLY BID IF YOU KNOW WHAT I HAVE TO DO TO MAKE IT ALL HAPPEN! All you have to do is give me lessons/talks over Skype and any videos/ebooks you can recommend would help too. This will be my full time job and I will put in whatever it takes to do genuinely as long as I know eventually $10000 per month or even more can happen.
