We are looking to add a VA (virtual assistant) Superstar with strong internet marketing experience to our team. Note, this is a long term opportunity for the right candidate as we are building a team.
**** NOTE: Must be able to speak, write and comprehend US English and grammar very well. (No Exceptions). Most of our clients are US or UK English speakers and you will be interacting and communicating with clients verbally, email, chat, etc, so being strong in English is a REQUIREMENT.*****
The Superstar VA should have the following experience and/or understanding (training will be provided where necessary):
Account Management & Customer Service
- Account Management (being able to interface and manage clients (new and existing) as well as delegate tasks and projects to staff.)
- Client on boarding (Setting up clients’ accounts and access) in online dashboard or platform
- Customer Service (engaging with clients and prospects via email, skype or Google Hangouts, phone, Basecamp, etc and follow ups)
Internet Marketing
- Must be strongly familiar with Internet Marketing and have understanding of the technology and process. Such as SEO, social media marketing, Adwords, lead generation, wordpress CMS and admin access, etc...
- experience doing web and marketing research and or data/web scraping via internet and other online and offline means
- Must be familiar with Wordpress CMS. Logging into wordpress adding and removing content (images, pics, text)
- Email Marketing and/or Management - must be strong at sending, composing and following up via emails, calendaring and the like. Must also be familiar with email autoresponders. Must know how to create email autoresponder based on template and setup via instructions and managing.
- Affiliate Marketing is A PLUS*** in various niches
- Must have strong understanding and experience with building funnels (sales, affiliate, product, lead gen). We use ClickFunnels. *Clickfunnels experience is a PLUS!
- Must be experience with Facebook Ads
- Must be familiar with PPC, Google Adwords, Display Ads, Ad-sense Remarketing and setting up those campaigns
Administrative & Virtual Office
- Must be strongly skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Must be strongly skilled with Google Office and Google Drive.
- Must be strongly skilled with MS Powerpoint and creating and modifying presentations.
- Must be familiar with webinar and online voice, meeting and video conferencing apps such as: Skype, Google Hangouts, GoToMeeting, Teamviewer or similar
- Must be somewhat familiar with project management and tools such as Basecamp or Asana or any other platform.
- Must be able to transcribe from voice or video to text and take Meeting Minutes when necessary
- Data Entry, reporting, data scraping and collection, list building, etc

Trial & Pay
Whomever we hire, will be on an initial trial basis. If it is a mutual fit, we will extend the terms/contract.

We prefer to pay a weekly fixed rate of $70 - $120 a week based on experience and fixed number of hours (Ex. 20 - 40 hrs per week).
