Woocommerce - Database slow queries, high cached RAM usage

Hi,
My website based on Siteground server and Woocommerce store is sometimes exhausted due to extensive RAM usage. It is mostly depended on high cached memory. I only use Sitegrounds own cache plugin SG Optimizer.

Instead of always extend the memory I do want to see if I can reduce the chached memory and then also have a positive boost on speed. I also got cloudfare connected to my site
