Wordpress currency convertion plugin

1) Create a plugin to convert the base currency (SGD) to other currency base on the rates set inside the plugin setting. The plugin can be inserted to the wordpress page.
2) Require to create the html and javascript with drop down menu to choose the rate similar design as below. The plugin must be responsive.
3) Inside the plugin setting can add/remove the currency short name (eg. MYR) , currency name, upload country image and the conversion rate.
4) User can update the conversion rate from the list of currency. (complete list of currency with textfield to edit the conversion rate
(eg.
AUD Australia dollar – 1.234 (textfield)
MYR Malaysia ringgit – 3.021 (textfield)
USD United state dollar – 0.8234 (textfield)
