wordpress site main menu suddenly stop running correctly. Need to be fixed

Wordpress site main menu suddenly stops running correctly. Need to be fixed. We export the menu from main site and we import in old back up site and looks to run ok. Possible need check the menu set up in main site because new partners add new categories menus last week or the issue caused by a plugin conflict during update

Full instructions how can avoid or to fix this issue in the future.
