I want to make a WordPress theme to be used to develop a site. The theme should be customized, your own and free from copyright and credentials free wordpress theme.

Here is some guides you can follow:

Header Section:

Logo will be same size for all device (large/ desktop screen or small/mobile screen)

Logo and "Call us on / Email us" section will be sticky i.e will be on top when scroll down.

Number of menu will be 7 but would have a provision that I can reduce or increase. One menu will have drop down menu.

Will have a line (preferably grey color) at the bottom of header. See the attachment.

Footer Section:

Should have 3 columns

Column 1: Contact us.

Column 2: Useful Links

Column 3: Get in Touch and social media links.

Footer color is your choice but should be light color.
