I have been doing rhythmic gymnastics for 11 years and have so much knowlege and I want they to work on people.
I think, that I will create a very good session because I am a student now and know the capabilities and other aspects of students for making exercises.
I work with people of all ages (including children), except pregnant women and old people. I will make a plan for weight loss,get in shape, pumping in general and certain muscle groups. Give stretching exercises of the back and legs (splits) and all the other ligaments. Can help people with advice, if they are already doing, but do not achieve the desired result.
People can exercise at home, go do exercise in the fitness room or in park or stadium. The program will be compiled according to people capabilities.
I have been doing rhythmic gymnastics for 11 years, two years ago I finished. I have the title of Candidate for Master of sports. After graduation, engaged in various types of dance, fitness.
