t-shirt application modify. version 2

I have web site with shirt design application. It is working application. I need someone to modify design application....more like add functions. 1. Add more fonts.(I want it to be able to add more later or delete) 2. It must able to arch/curve the text function. 3. I have designs ready to implemented...need someone to upload it. I want it to be table format and customer can see easily and pick easily. 4. Blend in the background...when customer upload the image and just see design...not the block of background. 5. I want to rearrange the folder that is implemented in the application,,,, I need someone can work with flash,action script & xml...probably.
